Step 1
Connect your laptop to HDMI

Step 2
HDMI to your DVR recorder

Step 3
DVR Out to TV

Step4
On your laptop, Press F11 (for Browser Full screen)

Step 5
Decryt DVR Recordings to your PC (google how to decrypt [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
